The more I learnt, the more I came to appreciate the wisdom in traditional and ancestral ways of living — nourishing ourselves with real, whole foods, using natural ingredients, moving our bodies, connecting with nature and living more intentionally.
This philosophy is at the heart of Alephia.
I created Alephia to share some of the things I have discovered and come to love along my own journey. From traditional foods and nourishing animal fats, to natural tallow skincare, simple self-care products and handmade crochet, each reflects my belief in simplicity, quality and a return to the natural.
I believe that what we put in and on our bodies matters. I also believe that our everyday choices — how we eat, move, rest, think and connect — all contribute to our wellbeing.
