Organic Ashwaganda Capsules & Powder
Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogenic herb that is popular in Ayurvedic medicine and has been used for more than 2500 years.
It is the most commonly used and researched adaptogen.
It has been used as a tonic, rejuvenative, aphrodisiac, nervine, sedative, astringent, anti-anxiety, anti-depressant and anti-inflammatory.

ORGANIC ASHWAGANDA CAPSULES - 180 CAPSULES:
Ingredients: Certified Organic Ashwaganda, cellulose capsules.
Directions for use: Take 2-4 capsules per day. Capsules may be taken with or without food, or can be opened up and sprinkled on food or in a smoothie.
